Well, picking the right product helps :-) Rather recently, the pygtk
Bugzilla component turned into a Bugzilla product, which means that you
should select "pygtk" instead of "gnome-python" in the Product: listing.
I think this was announced on the ML before, but perhaps I'm mistaken.
