I am keeping what you said about the limits of the win32 dynamic linker in
mind as I do the rewrite. There are a few areas that will need to be
fixed when I get some of the other modules working with the rewrite.
I am not using filenames that conflict on case insensitive machines, which
should make things easier.
If I do make some choices that make portability more difficult, please
tell me so I can fix them.
