thanks for the report. The tool described in the documentation (yes
there is a bit ;-) in section 1.4.4
http://pygsl.sourceforge.net/reference/pygsl/module-pygsl.diff.html
had a bug and did not update the relevant files (CGS, MKS).
I fixed it and now it compiles for me. I updated the files in CVS.
