I am wondering if anyone has any hints in setting up an embedded Python interpreter for running pdb through pyclewn and keeping the Python interpreter itself pointed at the regular input/output terminal. Ideally, I would like to use pyclewn for debugging python scripts that are being executed by an application that presents a Python interpreter (and lots of Python code along with C, Cython, etc) as its scriptable programming interface.
So far, the best I can do is to put an import pdb; pdb.set_trace() inside of a python module that I want to stop in and then I just get the Pdb interface, but I don't know how to hook that up to pyclewn and still keep the original Python input separate from the Pdb interface.
