Description:
Gdb prints the following warning when starting the debuggee in
pyclewn terminal: 'Failed to set controlling terminal'.
Solution:
When pyclewn is started from a terminal and not as a deamon,
create a pseudo terminal to be used by gdb inferior and
interconnect this pseudo tty with pyclewn terminal.
