Request for enhancement:
The breakpoint sign background colors should be configurable.
Solution
Add a new option to the command line that allows the setting of
the background colors for the bp enabled sign, the bp disabled
sign and the frame sign.
Use 'Cyan' as the default background color for enabled breakpoint
signs, instead of 'Blue' previously.
