Hi Marty,

Thanks for your quick response. No packages are available under 
opt/puppetlabs/server/data/packages/public/(*current/2019.5.0*
)/ubuntu-18.04-amd64-6.16.0.

ubuntu-18.04-amd64-6.14.0 contains all the expected (*2019.5.0*) packages.

Kindly suggest further.
