reading the Ticket, you'll need to:

1) copy your trusted cert to /opt/puppetlabs/puppet/ssl/certs/ 
2) run c_rehash /opt/puppetlabs/puppet/ssl/certs/ to create symlinks 
compatible with OpenSSL
