Ran into an issue with mcollective starting on ubuntu when upgrading from the
puppetlabs apt repo. It turns out that the ubuntu package uses upstart which
requires a "daemonize = 0" line in server.cfg. Since the puppetlabs package
just uses init scripts that line needs to be changed to "daemonize = 1".

It would be nice if the puppetlabs package could ship an init script on ubuntu
to remove this difference.
