Did you search for »pulseaudio respawn« on the Web? You would have found [1]. Anyway the term used in PA seems to be »autospawn«. Reading `man pulse-client.conf` is also informational. (Although finding that is a little harder, because it is not referenced by `man pulseaudio`.) [2] and [3] in the PA Wiki are also good to read when debugging a problem.
