Yes, 'bridge' sounds good. This binary will probably have some other
duties eventually, though. Let's see. Things that come in mind are
supervising the pulseaudio daemon (stopping/starting/reconfiguring it
...). But that's something to be done much later.

FWIW, libpulse should automatically spawn a new daemon if it's needed. e.g. if it's meant to connect to a remote pulse server, it wont spawn one, but if it's configured for a local daemon, it will start one if it's not already running.

Hopefully this code will "just work" but I guess it may need some tweaking.
