https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=93903 But the bug report is about headphone switch to optical digital out and not switch back, usually hdmi and analog codecs attached to different hda controller (alsa card) what happen when the three input jacks of desktop are not plugged ? Some hda codecs (via) still have stereo mix as input source but the other codecs don't
