Hi mailing list. Good news everyone! The server side of the configurable latency offset is done!
The latency offset can be set with pactl and pacmd and the offset is saved and restored with the card-restore module. All that is now left is a GUI to set the offset. Pavucontrol will be extended in the next couple of weeks to allow this.
