I may be missing a way to do this, but since I am aware of a way I though I'd
bring it up.
Should there not be a dedicated method to create a "Document" (XMLDOM) without
having to submit a call first.
E.g. [XMLHttpRequest].createDocument()
This way one could create a Document to send (as well as retrieve one) in a
standard fashion.
