Actually, I think I described Firefox/IE behavior incorrectly. I do get
repeated prompts for confirmation if the credentials are incorrect, but
if the users cancels the authentication sheet, the HTTP status is set to
401.
I don't think this should be explicitly stated in the draft though. This
is how servers are supposed to respond, after all.
