See Red Hat Bugzilla 74645 and 64772. Also, Gnome Bugzilla 88553 and
93875. This seems to be a really messy problem, and I don't know if the
correct component has even been identified yet. The Red Hat bugs have
been around for a while, but are still marked "NEW".
