I have a Sony Vaio with PS2 touchpad that works great and only USB
ports.
If I connect USB mouse, it does not work.
lsmod shows that hid, usb-uhci and usbcore are loaded.
Funny though when rmmod usb-uhci and then insmod usb-uhci I get the
following from /var/log/messages

Any ideas as to get the mouse working?
I have added the following to XF86Config to cater for the external
mouse:
In server layout
InputDevice "Mouse1" "SendCoreEvents"
And
Section "InputDevice"
Identifier "Mouse1"
Driver "mouse"
Option "Device" "/dev/mouse"
Option "Protocol" "IMPS/2"
Option "Emulate3Buttons" "no"
Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"
EndSection
I appreciate any comments
Thanks in advance
Nardus
