Red Hat removed the mp3 stuff because they were worried about the legality of distributing it. You can yourself re-install mp3 capabilities by following the instructions here: http://www.gurulabs.com/downloads.html Of course, now is the time to convert all those pesky proprietary formatted mp3s to the superior format of Ogg Vorbis so that you never have to worry about the availability of proprietary codecs again: http://www.xiph.org/ Oisin Feeley
