I have a problem with my json service. I am using the latest prottype
release and implemented a simple ajax query:
new Ajax.Request('message', {
method:'get',
parameters: {message: 'Hallo'},
onSuccess: function(transport,json){
var jsonanswer = json || transport.responseText;
alert(jsonanswer ? Object.inspect(jsonanswer) :
'no JSON
object, answer is empty');
var response = transport.responseText || 'no
response text';
alert('Answertext: ' + response);
alert(transport.getAllResponseHeaders());
}
});
It is working fine in internet explorer, but not in firefox or
chrome...
The example is deployed here: http://masschattest.appspot.com/
Any help is appreciated :)
