Not really a bug, but I don't know where else to report it...
I am looking for the license of protobuf to include in the application I'm
building.
The license link in https://code.google.com/p/protobuf/ points to a BSD
license template instead of a filled license for protobuf
(http://opensource.org/licenses/BSD-3-Clause).
Is a filled template available for protobuf? If not, can someone provide me
with the values for <OWNER>, <ORGANIZATION> and <YEAR> so I can enter them
myself?
