I have spent a few minutes trying very hard to disagree with the contents
of the GDAL AI tool policy. Unfortunately (and much to my regret  🙂), I
did not find a single word, letter, whitespace character, or punctuation
mark worth disagreeing with.

I would, however, suggest modifying Even's suggestion of "s/GDAL/PROJ/" to
the only slightly more verbose "s/GDAL/PROJ/g" 🙂
