Oh! I know this one! It took me a while to debug it a few months ago.
IIRC, you have to have msvcr71.dll in the path. I hace msvcp71.dll as
well. I think they just need to be in the computer's path, like shared
files, or whatever, but I got tired of messing with them and included
them as well as the vfpcompression.fll in the executable folder.
