I have a room full of non technical people with laptops and I need to find a specific machine. I know the MAC address which indicates that it is an Apple product. I can determine the IP address as well and I am hoping for a way to send a message to the machine so that the owner can contact me. If there is no other way I can blacklist that MAC address and wait for the owner of the machine to report a problem.
Any ideas?
