Fill out the From address, click the "Create Filter with this search" link on the bottom of the dialog, select "Delete" Done! You have a killfile. Anytime you need to update it, Click the "Gear" icon dropdown, select "Settings", "Filters" and you can edit or delete the filter. Or add more twits to it.
