I have modified the patch to consider the case of more than 1 sibling This patch checks if thread_siblings_list has valid data. If it si the case the cpu core is hyper threading and the sibling thread information can be obtained from this file. Thus, non HT cpus are not treated differently (they only have 0 siblings)
