Your PCRE headers don't match the library, they define
PCRE_STUDY_JIT_COMPILE, which was introduced at the same time as
pcre_free_study().

In CCARGS /usr/local/include is first. In AUXLIBS /usr/lib is first.
Is there a libpcre in /usr/lib?
