I was trying to report the module package name for Debian, perhaps I
wasn't specific enough. On my Fedora system, for the modules I have
installed, the packages are:
$ rpm -qf /usr/lib64/sasl2/lib* | sort -u
cyrus-sasl-gssapi-2.1.28-33.fc43.x86_64
cyrus-sasl-lib-2.1.28-33.fc43.x86_64
cyrus-sasl-plain-2.1.28-33.fc43.x86_64
