That's message from SpamAssassin, not Postfix.

Yes, but SpamAssassin (spamd) is a couple of steps above the actual failure, which appears to be internal to the Mail::SPF Perl package (one module calling a method in another which does not exist) and based on my *cursory* examination, the implication is an antique version or a botched install.
