If the hosts exempt from the filter are *exactly* $mynetworks, you can
instead:
smtpd_client_restrictions =
permit_mynetworks,
check_client_access cidr:${config_directory}/special_routing.cidr
and drop the "DUNNO" line in the CIDR table.
