Determinism in generated sourcehut tarballs

Hiya ports, just writing to let you know that tarballs generated by
git.sr.ht and hg.sr.ht are deterministic. We defer to git to generate
tars, and busybox to gzip them; git has tests enforcing determinism, and
we patched busybox to be deterministic as well.
