Ah sorry, I saw your diff at the bottom of the bz and thought it was that -
for something committed upstream it's best to include a reference to the commit
(I guess https://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=1876548 is the 
best
reference for that) and maybe the bz as well since it provides more information.
