The jbuilder to dune change in #2 is needed in order to be able to update
dune. This is because newer versions of dune no longer include jbuilder.
The only consumer of ocaml-biniou (devel/ocaml-yojson) was compile tested
on amd64.
Looks fine to me. I don't expect any breakage, but bytecode-only
deserves some testing, too.
To build bytecode only you could edit
/usr/ports/infrastructure/mk/arch-defines.mk and remove amd64 from
OCAML_NATIVE_ARCHS adn OCAML_NATIVE_DYNLINK_ARCHS.
then do pkg_delete ocaml and try rebuilding the ports.
