OK, that helps a lot.

I will go ahead and submit with MAKE_ENV=TEST_POD=yes RELEASE_TESTING=''
Since LedgerSMB is accounting software, which can have severe
consequences to business owners and employees, I want to keep the
database testing in for those other dependency modules.
I see that PostgreSQL updates often cause problems, so testing
seems proper for those ports.

I will revise the ports I already submitted.
