Hi, Here's a first stab at mdbook, a HTML (from markdown) generator.
My first Rust port, so please check carefully. I basically took ripgrep as a starting point. All tests pass and it seems to work fine. portcheck complains about crates.mk. I put the (many) dependencies in a new file so as to not clutter up the Makefile. Is that all right? As I post this, I also wonder if this would be better in textproc/ instead of www/.
