This is something I wrote because nothing satisfactory existed.
This takes a webp image or animation, and converts it back into
a gif or a png.

(because the libunwebp tools do NOT do the reassembly part,
and neither *magick nor ffmpeg do either)

Even though it's a small tool, I think it's important to keep the web
free of locked down formats, even when they're locked because google
just didn't bother to supply the unlock code...
