This is the LLVM support library for OpenMP. Both clang and flang support -fopenmp, and this is the library that makes it work.
This is a minor rework (including a rename) of a package first published by Brian Callahan. Note: with this present, some package builds will automatically build for OpenMP because cmake (at least) can automatically discover it. $ cat pkg/DESCR The OpenMP subproject of LLVM contains the components required to buildan executable OpenMP program that are outside the C or Fortran compilers.
