Included a port for py-prometheus_client, which is needed for bringing www/jupyter-notebook to a recent version (5.7.0). From DESCR:
Python client for the Prometheus monitoring system. Upstream does not include regression tests in the tarball from pypi. Tested in combination with jupyter-notebook-5.7.0, which I have in my tree. Comments / OK for importing the above?
