Hi, I have updated wget to 1.20.1 (30 Nov 2018).

It does not seem to use pcre2-16 and pcre2-32. Reference: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/view/svn/general/pcre2.html To test, I downloaded OpenBSD's install64.iso from a local mirror, and it worked. I am willing to become maintainer of wget. I would appreciate feedback.
