Hi ports! This new port is required as a test dependency for the updated devel/p5-FileHandle-Unget.

Sadly, hereti^W upstream use the letter 'v' in their version strings, so i had to force PKGNAME. All tests passes, even though some optional author tests are skipped because we don't have the required modules in tree. Comments and feedback are welcome! Charlène.
