Simple library port as dependency of an wip/upcoming Slic3r port. For now I've disabled all optional/unneeded bindings; they may be enabled later if people show interest.
Builds and tests fine on amd64 allowing me to configure/build Slic3r. I'm happy to see testing on other platforms. Feedback?
