Here are updated tarballs with those changes in:

- Add missing BUILD_DEPENDS on devel/py-test-runner and regenerate PLIST
  for devel/py-pyte
- Tweak Makefile order for both ports

Solene: I also use Firefox or Chromium to play animated SVG, I don't
know about any standalone viewers.

I'm open for suggestions for a better category for py-pyte, I picked
devel originally because of devel/libvterm and devel/vte3, but it might
fit textproc better?
