REVISION is wrong for a new port. The HOMEPAGE entry is useless (compare its contents against http://hackage.haskell.org/package/clock, which would be the default HOMEPAGE when hackage is included in MODGHC__BUILD). PERMIT_PACKAGE_CDROM is enough. At least pkg/PLIST may work (I didn't test it). You've been told about this several times now.
