Patching sometimes makes sense. BTW, I patched a s/Name/NAME/ line in an image port while doing this work. Unless you think it would make sense to have mandocdb recognize that as subject line if it can't do better. Actually I remember back when makewhatis recognized quite a few lines as subjects, because sometimes we had manpages in japanese, or other languages and handling "NOM" or "NAMAE" seemed the right thing to do...
