That diff has problems, first two pointed out by landry@:
- RUN_DEPENDS = databases/py-sqlalchemy,-docs${MODPY_FLAVOR} is wrong for py3
- missing @pkgpath marker in -main to allow updates to work
also
- missing bumps for dependent ports
