This patch and the py-neovim patch is the result of a back and forth with Jon over the past couple of weeks or so. I've reviewed the final patch yesterday and I'm happy with it. One last tweak that occurred to me. `:CheckHealth` was renamed to `:checkhealth` (change in caps). We should: * Update the README, which says: "The first time you invoke nvim, run ':CheckHealth'..." * In the README, mention that this command was renamed.
