I don't quite understand this sentence, but if you're asking whether you can run port some software that uses PostgreSQL and what I assume is https://dojotoolkit.org/, while postgresql and p5-DBD-Pg are in the ports tree, I don't see Dojo, but it looks to be a javascript toolkit, so shouldn't really matter what system you deploy it on.
