Remove mail/pgpsendmail?

Hi ports@,

Our pgpsendmail port is from 1997, there is no upstream anymore and we
are the only ones still having it packaged.

This is the only port requiring security/pgp (version 2.6.3 from 1996).

Comments? OK to remove?
