3rd revision of the patch: remove the (now) useless patch patch-Modules_FindBoost_cmake.
Upstream implemented the same feature, but in a different way, so the patch was still applying cleanly. Now, if someone could run a bulk build with the attached diff, it would be great... Ciao! David
