Hello,

It's my first port since a year or two, and probably the first
acceptable one.

Rationate: There's no DE-agnostic app to switch GTK2 and GTK3 themes
(both at once, with previews) available in ports. As I use cwm(1), it's
really handy for me to have such a GUI instead of getting something
like gnome-appearance-properties which pulls in the whole GNOME 3 and
uses its gconf/gsettings backend to store GTK variables instead of
$HOME/.gtkrc or $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/gtk-{2,3}.0/settings.ini

And, last but not least, such a simple port is a kind of
excercise before coming back to ports framework.

From DESCR:

> LXAppearance is the standard theme switcher of LXDE. Users are able to
> change the theme, icons, and fonts used by applications easily.
>
> This version allows to change GTK+3 themes too.
> D-Bus support is required to change GTK theme on the fly.
