Currently apache-couchdb seems to refer to the erlang binaries located
in the obj directory:

# couchdb                                                                       
/usr/local/bin/couchdb: /usr/obj/ports/apache-couchdb-1.6.1/bin/erl: not
found

# grep "command=" /usr/local/bin/couchdb                                        
    command="/usr/obj/ports/apache-couchdb-1.6.1/bin/erl
$interactive_option $ERL_START_OPTIONS \

I have tested following fix:
